rims
Since you never mentioned the model or year... I'm going to assume it's between 1994 and 2001.
17x6 rims will fit... but I'm not 100% sure on the correct offset.
As you shop keep these things in mind:
1) You want to maintain your OEM wheel rolling diameter. As your rim diameter increases, your tire sidewall must decrease proportionally.
2)Also, 205 is the practical width limit for a daily driver. Your ideal tire size will be 205/40*R17.
3) A lighter wheel requires less HP to get rolling and less brake power to stop.
As far as shops go... start with Weksos.

You're still on safe ground then.. the 17s will fit.
Just confirm the correct offset by talking with the sales rep.
IMO, 16s look a little bit more balanced, visually speaking.

Again, talk with a sales rep.
If the mounting depth is too shallow, you'll rub before you hit full steering lock. And if the mounting depth is too deep, you'll hit the strut housing and spring perch before the wheel seats on the hub.
I assume you are buying new wheels... not a used set?
