Default Throttle Body....

What size throttle body would be ideal for my 95 GSR? I found a 74mm....but that just seems absolutley HUGE to me. Would it be worth it to buy a new one....or would it make more sense just to port out my stock TB?

If a ported TB is your very first mod, you're going about things in the wrong order.

Also, which model and year of Integra are we talking about?

Then would you mind telling us what you've done?
Bolt ons? Supercharged? Turbocharged?

We can provide you with a better answer as soon as we stop playing "20 Questions"... :a:

1.8 to a 2.0 with oversized pistons. Head is ported and polished. Would it make any sense to mess with the TB or just leave it be? I also have an OBX intake manifold and the typical AEM CAI.

IMO, leave it be.

Whether we're talking about a B18B1 or B18C1... there's more to be found in an appropriate set of cams.

is it sleeved? what's the compression? what cams are you using? what are you tuning with? what header?

all these and more play a role in what you should get next
