How to choose GC custom spring rate?

I got the GC200.64.67 for the front
and the GC230.64.49 for the rear


will I be ok?
I dont track or anything...
Just my daily driver

Those are off the shelf rates...you will be fine.

I got to say, after installing the Comptech rear swaybar/tiebar combo(thanks to David-1turbodc2), my car handles better than I ever thought it would, along with the Koni/GC setup. Its awesome.
