Default Swapping Heads

This dude & I the other day were talking about cars etc. I have a 91 Ef Civic Si w/ B16 & a 98 Gsr. He said I should put my B16 head on my Gsr & Gsr head on my B16. My teg is stock except sri. My Civic has h,i e & chipped ecu.
I don't want to swap but is this true w/ no kind of mods & if so what gain is expected.
Thanks

It's worth it, if you put your B16 pistons in your gsr block
