Default ECU fuse keeps blowing

93 Integra GS 5 speed. A couple weeks ago it dies suddenly while driving and won't restart. Tow it, mechanic mucks around and "fixes" it. Car drives for 2 more trips fine. Then won't start again - keeps blowing the ECU fuse. We've changed the main relay, still blows the ECU fuse. The fuse blows on the first "click" of the On position, so I can't figure how to do voltage tests on components like ignition switch, etc. We've unplugged the after market stereo, checked the obvious wires...it does have an alarm, not sure if it's after market or factory...

Any ideas on how to narrow down the problem?

Thanks!

Your clock should use the same circuit i think. Have you unplugged all the harnesses with the radio all the way back to the factory harness.
