Default Weird Problem... Out Of Ideas...

The car:
'94 Acura Integra RS, all stock except for a K&N FPIK (SRI) and it has approximately 140 000 miles on it.

What its doing:
The problems are all worse when the engine is cold. When the engine is cold and just idling, the tachometer and speedometer will be showing readings all over the place (like doing 70mph and the rpm will be showing in the red), but the engine speed isn't changing... also, when the speedometer is showing weird readings, my mileage is going up with it (as if the car was really going that fast). When cold also, when I press the gas pedal even a little bit, the engine will cut out and it will stall if I leave it pressed, but sometimes, it will feel like its about to stall, then the engine will start revving normally... and sometimes, it will hesitate to start, it will turn over a few times, and the engine will stumble, and sometimes it will start fine and other times it will stall when it does that... When the car is warmed up, its usually fine until I reach about 4500rpm, when I reach that point, the tachometer/speedometer will start showing weird readings again (the needles seem to move in tandem most of the time too) and it will start hesitating/cutting out/bucking again...

There isn't a CEL and its not throwing any codes either...

And I even brought it to my local Acura dealership, they weren't any help at all, everything they came up with wasn't the problem...

What's been replaced:
Dist. Cap
Dist. Button/Rotor
Igniter/ICM
Ignition Coil
Spark Plugs
Spark Plug Wires
Fuel Filter
Main Relay
All grounds (all OEM points and the ground for the battery)

I'm almost positive it is an electrical issue because of what the gauges are doing, but I have no idea what else to check

Hmm I was going to say Dist. cap but you replaced that already. Could be a failing fuel pump (not fuel filter).

But not sure why your needles are jumping all over the place. When did this start happening? Did you install a sound system or anything electrical, i.e. alarm/remote starter?
