Default Turn signal blinking fast, BUT

i figured out why, i just dont know how to fix it. i recently replaced all the bulbs to find out what bulb (on the right side) was causing it, and it was the right reflector light (amber). inside the bulb, one line wire thing lights up instead of both (they are brand new), and its the same when i put in either bulb. I noticed it because the reflector light on the left side was noticeably brighter then the right side.

i know for a fact that both amber bulbs are in correctly, i just dont know why the one on thr right side is not lighting up completely.

sorry this isnt going to be of any help, but you need to check for shorts, thats the only thing i can think of, i saw that problem on some guys car, he just knew it was a short but made it worse when he tried to fix it.
but you did check right, turn the lights on and jiggle the wires going to the lights caould it also be a relay issue?

Butt splice (get a kit) the black wires and find an alternative ground location. Scrape the paint and secure it to the location. See if that works. Sounds like a bad ground.
