It isn't the best idea.

Typically, N/A and turbo parts do not go well together. If you can see yourself going turbo down the road, you should rebuild the motor with parts meant for a turbo motor. I wouldn't go with anything besides OEM Honda cams for a turbo motor.

The ITR camshaft is a decent choice, but I would be more worried about the bottom end. Leave the camshafts alone if you are set on turbo and save up a bit more for some forged pistons of stock or slightly lower compression ratio.

You'll have too much overlap and it won;t run right. Listen to Schmoo, he knows what he is talking about. I've ridden in his car and it runs tits.

you can make lots of power on the stock rods and pistons. more than enough for a street car.

You could probably tune some of that overlap out with cam gears, but it would be more of a hassle than it is worth.

What is your budget and power goals? If I were rebuilding, I would either use Weisco or CP pistons of around stock C/R and Eagle rods.
