Best place for you to start: TheOtherDave's Sig under FAQ Index. This should guide you in the right direction. Without tunning, your not going to get any real increase in power from an exhaust system.

Suspension: Shocks & Springs give a better appearing stance and handling ability. An aftermarket swaybar is sure to please as well.

If you want better headlights, research HID Retrofit. Basically, you custom install HID Projectors into your stock headlight housing. Add the ballasts and bulbs, and you have OEM Quality HID.

thats one of the most cleanist integra's i have ever seen...If i was u i would keep the car looking completely stock and the only thing i would install is a Carbon Fiber hood...But please dont put a bodykit on ur integra...it defeats the whole style and beauty of integra's..heres the direction i think u should go...take mine or GSSR's integra as an example

i was thinking about a Turbo but it would NEVER pass Cali smog LOL. So much for that. Nice car though... i am taking a Auto class at my College next semester to work on my car they will hep you install anything you want. I heard there is a Stamp you can get so you can pass Smog no matter what. (they charge 50 bux i dont know if this is true though or even how long it would last)

greddy and edelbrock turbo kits are carb legal if left in their stock configuration.

Had an OEM lip kit and CF hood. Or are those things staying?
