Default Idle at Start

It's been a bit cold in SoCal so when I start my car, the car lopes at 1900 to 1600 rpm. It's not a rapid bounce between these 2 points but rather a lazy climb. She'll go at this until she's below 1500 when she's starting to warm up then the idle is fine. I've checked this forum and it seems like all of them point to the IACV, TPS or Vacuum Hose leak.

Anything else you all have seen or experienced with your teggy in the 'cold' weather. Thanks!!!

Yeah check all those, and also the FITV ( Fast Idle thermo valve) located underneath the throttle body, just take it apart and clean it also.
