NGK Copper, or Platinum. Don't really notice a difference, other than the Coppers need to be replaced much more often.

Cost over time, I found the coppers are still cheaper unless you get a good deal on the platinums. You shouldn't notice a difference just by changing plugs.

Replaced my spark plugs today OH MAN they looked Bad guy at Auto zone was really shocked to how bad they were. (Just bought car 2 weeks ago did they never replace the damn plugs dealer didn't check either, were 20-30. here is picture kinda hard to see took it with my Macbook Pro...


they were NGK Original now their denso Regular.. (Sorry about my butt ugly face in the picture)

Those plugs look pretty normal color wise. Pic isn't clear enough to see if they are badly worn.

I called NGK and spoke to one of their techs when I bought my GSR- he said I should use either the OEM NGK double platinum (PFR6G-13), or the Iridium plug (IFR6E-11). The main difference is that the Iridium will last longer, thats why I went with those. Next time I'll probably use the double platinum

edit:These recommendations are for NA GSR motors with stock internals.

$8 for a set of 4 coppers sure isn't expensive in my book.
