how can i make my gsr vtec hit hard?

it's not supposed to hit hard, it's supposed to be a smooth transition it to vtec. it you're trying to get more power then i would suggest Type R cams or after market cams

and like said before vtec should not be felt

You can disable secondaries so it will engage vtec all at once. There's just something that needs to be unplugged...search it. IMO run it the way honda made it.

secondaries arent part of the vtec system. and disabling them will kill your low end.

vtec hitting hard is a sign of something being wrong or tuned incorrectly.

vtec should switch over just as the upper torque curve crosses the lower torque curve. there should be no jump in power.
