Default [exhaust manifold] gasket

I am getting ready to install a new DC sports header on my 1994 GSR and wanted to know everyone's thoughts on whether to reuse the existing gasket, replace with a new OEM, or is there an aftermarket gasket that anyone would recommend?

I've reused my exhaust gaskets but they were in good shape. Its really not expensive at all, so why not just get a new one if ur having doubts. I've gotten some really nice OEM like ones at Napa, or just pick one up at the dealership.

How long has it been since it's been replaced. If it's over 6 months old, I'd just replace it. They're cheap and most local auto shops have them.

On second thought, since you're changing manifolds altogether, I'd change the gasket as well.

I never re-use gaskets for anything directly connected to the engine. Given the constant hot <-> cold factor of exhaust, definitely replace it.

Since nobody previously mentioned it, it may be wise to replace both the exhaust manifold gasket and the exhaust donut gasket.
