Agreed. ES seems to be more pliable and more 'squishy' than prothane. Either are a PAIN to install so expect a fight and having a press is not required, but is HIGHLY recommended.

I was pretty happy with my ES kit. Summit racing is probaby the cheapest place to get them. If I remeber correctly the prothane kit is more expensive, and may include more. you will have to get your sway bar bushings seperately, but the ES one I bought fit right into the stock bracket. (which is good cause I use that for my jackstands.)
If you live in the northern half of the states or your integra has more than 50K on it, I would say it isn't possible to change your control arm bushings without a press. A 20 ton press struggled to get mine out.

Kool thanks for the info. I think I am good on the rear sway bar bushings. I swaped my stock for a Type R sway bar. I do have problem though my camber kit requires a thin 7/8ths wrench to adjust. Does Sears or Wall Mart cary a thin wrenches?
