Default help!

okay i'm thinkin bout just rippin out my a/c out but if i can just want to keep it. okay well my a/c needed to be charged cuz it wasn't getting cold. so we take it to spray the engine out and suddenly my a/c starts getting cold. So i charge it and it the a/c compressor starts circulating but i can't get the a/c to turn off unless i unplug the power to the a/c compressor. but now my fans stay on all the time. What is wrong with my car. is it still thinkin the a/c is on.

maybe it's some kind of relay that's making it run all of the time...

that's just a guess, but i saw on consumer guide that ac belts or something to that effect seem to go out

hoped that helped somewhat....

Did you check your fuses as well as your relays but inside and in the engine bay...i would get a diagnostic from a local mechanic or a dealership to find out what the problem is and if it's just a relay or fuse, just repair it yourself!!! Good luck man!

I'd really like to help you but you're not giving me enough information. You said your fan stays on. What fan?? I could give you a better diagnostic guess when you do give me more info..

the fans that cool the engine. Well i have got the fans to turn on and off now. apparently it was just a ground that was being grounded and causing them to stay on. They told me to replace the relays and that after that my a/c should work fine.
