Default more power without getting ripped off?

i have a 90 integra ls with cai headers and catback exhaust whats next. i see plenty of adds promising more power but i know most of that stuff is for turbos and stuff like. i just want a little extra get up and go

If the motor is sound and you use it responsibly... nitrous oxide is the next logical step given your current modifications.

i dont really want nitrous. i want constant power. maybe about 5-6 hundred dollars for now and i just put a low mileage motor in and rebuilt the heads

with what you already have, it's gonna be kinda hard to get good power gains with $500-600...you could build the head with some mild cams, valve springs, and cam gears, then get it tuned from there, which will give you some noticeable power, but it'll cost you more than $600...
