looking for an article that tells you how to strengthing the cylinder walls by using blots this way you dont have to re-slevee the block its supposdely an old racing techniqu and its still used today in high performance engines and it works real good.

I wouldn't recommend it though. The problem isn't the vibration, but the inferior material the sleeves are made out of. Unless you are making well over 400 whp, just leave the sleeves alone and get a good tune.
