Default integra Ls Turbo vs Gs-r Turbo

whats faster runnin complete stock engine with exact same turbo setup .B18b1 on the Ls b18c1 on Gs-r both have 3" piping all the way back. Both have the Turbonetics Super 60 Turbo with 550 cc injectors ,muetek turbo manifold . fmic , tial wasteget ,HKS SSQV bov . stock ecu , not tuned yet. me and my friend are in the process of installing them on our cars but curious to see wut people have to say about it before we get to race, i drive the Ls he drives the Gs-r.

stock ecu with the turbo kit on = no good and GSR would win

Do either of you have dyno plots on your cars?

If the answer is no, go to the track and run.
Timeslips don't lie.

That said, I would favor the GSR.
Broader powerband, better flowing head.

With exact same setups the GSR will always be faster. Higher compression and a better flowing head will be favored in this case.

The HKS SSQV BOV is junk, unless you are running a ton of boost.

What if he did a conservative squeeze? Could he hang then or possibly overcome the GSR?

He could, but it would be retarded to add another tuning variable when turning up the boost is way simpler. He mentioned that it isn't even tuned yet, so creating another disaster from an already current disaster is probably not the best idea.
