Make all measurements at idle with the vacuum source removed. I just got the specs out of the factory service manual, so they should be correct.

50 is safe with the vacuum disconnected. I wouldn't boost at all on a basemap, though.

yea i was thinkin about it n im not gunna boost. its not gunna be easy but im S.O.L. if i blow my car up.

You do have a resistor box for the DSM injectors right. I'm asking only because you didn't mention it.
