intake, exhaust, suspenision, headers. choose from those. i you want good one of each of those i dont think 1 grand will cover it but choose from what you like

it will, but you will feel the difference the suspension makes more than you will feel with bolt on's.

if CARB is of no concern to you, get the cheapest intake you can find and put a prototype racing or bpi velocity stack and k&n filter on it.
