Default Clutch Slave Cylinder Replace

Just a quick question that I wasn't able to find...

I'm going to be replacing my clutch master and slave cylinders next weekend, and I'm just wondering if it's a bad idea to drain all the fluid out of the MC and SC before so there's no fluid in the line at all, and do the replace, then fill/bleed until pressure is back in the pedal. Anyone know whether it's an issue to do this or not?

That sounds fine to me. I don't really know any other way to do it. Just bleed the lines very well once everything is back together.
