90 DA clutch bypass

anyone knows how to bypass the clutch to where you dont have to step on the clutch to start the car? all my latest da i bouhgt was already bypass except for my most recent one. any help?

i was always told you can tap the peddle ata certain rpm and get to go with out fully engaging the clutch but i could be wrong
