get a 9005 conversion. i had it on my gsr when i had it. its much brighter, not as bright as HID's but its cheap.
get 9005 bulbs and make them fit into your 9006 (low beam) sockets. u just have to clip the plastic slits on the inside of the bulb where u plug it in. i used needlenose pliers. takes 5 mins

buy some 9005 bulbs.. compare it with your 9006 low beam bulbs. youll see what you need to do. there are two tiny plastic pieces in the 9005 bulb that need to be cut out/broken off. im sure theres more specific details in other threads.

to use hid bulbs you will need a hit conversion kit. everything you need to know is outlined on Team-integra.net in the articles section. honestly most of the questions asked here are answered there so it's best to check them before asking.
as far as the 9005 conversion goes, you might also think about installing a set of fog lights. fog lights are usually so low that no one cares when you have them on, but they are so bright that they help you see. it's really likie having a high beam mounted at the lowest point possible.
might want to think about it
