im new to this site.. i was wondering if anyone no where this head came off of. im tryin to built my da to an ls-vtec. the stamp is 9/1 1/2 2/3 6/0 pr3-4

 

If I'm not mistaken, that's a 1991 B16 head.

 

thanks but wat 91 car has a dohc vtec.. im really new to this. a lot of peeps keep tellin me its a si 99 cuz of the pr3-4 stamp

 

no usdm honda had dohc vtec in 91. if the head is a 91, it may be jdm :dunno:

 

pr3-4 is a 99 civic si head like yer friend says.... it doesnt looks like 91.. looks more like a 9 with a funny looking 9 next to it.. haha.. compare that "1" in the "9/1" to the "1" in "1/2".. looks different huh?? my friends si is the same.. i guess its honda tryin to make things more complicated.. haha..

 

thanks dmacaalay im more into wat ur sayin. my fren got a b17 wit the 91 stamp and the number sure dont look like that. and his was pr3-2
