I can't seem to find it...
I know it's out there somewhere, but I can't find it personally...
All I'm seeing is slight looks, but, I wanna know exactly everything that's different...
Thanks...

Exterior:
-side mirrors from 94-96 are different from 97-01
-front and rear bumpers are different from 94-97 vs 98-01
-headlight assemblies and turn signals are different from 94-97 vs 98-01
-steering wheel " "
-a/c display " "
-in 94-97 you can open the hatch from inside with a lever, 98-01 forgetaboutit because there's a latch from the outside located on the hatch itself
-94-97 mostly had the door moldings unpainted and all were black but most 98-01's have the moldings painted the same color as the car
-94-97 tails have the amber part in the lense, 98-01 are all red
That's all I can think of.

Anything in terms of specific aftermarket differences? Things that'd only work on specifically the 94-97 or 98-01? Which would be better to get, especially for mountain/canyon running, auto-crossing and track days? Also better for California street legal. Or am I just looking too deep into this?

96+ is OBD2... much more coded and much harder to hack into and fuck around with... generally when you get serious into the mods you will do an OBD1 conversion just to avoid the hastle
besides that.... vanessa pretty much got it down to the T...
there is no engine/drivetrain/exhaust/suspension differences... so "parts" that you'd be buying wouldn't make a difference 94-01 is all one chassis/engine depending on trim

Any differences in the 95/96 SE and the 97 GS and the 98-01 GS other than what's been stated as just the plain differences from 94-97 and 98-01? I've read somewhere that the SE had everything the GSR had minus the better tuned engine, but I've also heard the SE is basically just a GS, and I've ready that the GS's need some beefing up when installing the rear sway bar from a GSR/Type-R/Carbotech. So, what's up?
