The rims will be 17's and after i get them i will be lowering the car

I'd go with 16s also. At 17" tire price goes up quite a bit, and your ride quality starts to suffer.

I wouldn't put either on my car, but of the two, I like the first ones - like the polished lip.

I must say that i'm a fan of the first set. Like theotherdave stated, the first wheels will help ground the car visually. I think that if you had some big rotors and calipers to add some mass with the second rims they might work, but even so it would be questionable. The 1st set get my vote.

first set but get 16 and make sure you get the correct offset so that you dont have any rubbing issues.

i would go smaller like 15" u should go look at rotas or some drags
