To help pinpoint the problem, were you doing any electrical (stereo, alarm, etc) work on your car recently? It sounds like the positive power wires for your guage cluster and blinker lights have been crossed.

Did you wire two separate power wires to the guage cluster by mistake (one for the turn signals and the other for the dash lighting)? If you did, this would account for your strange problem.

Post back with more information.

i didnt to any electrical work with my guage cluster.....well when i got the car, the pass. bumper light wires were pulled from the harness, and i wired them back together, there were a total of 7 wires......5 of them were to the bumper lights and the other 2 i believe were ground. im more than sure i did the bumper light correctly, but the 2 ground wires were the exact same so i wasnt sure which goes to which, so i just wired them together thinkning it wouldnt matter cause there both the same.....

When you wired the bumper light wires, are you sure you wired them to the correct power wires? Also, is this a 3rd Generation Integra (94 - 01)?

If those 2 wires you wired together are truly ground wires, it's fine if you wired them together, but you still need to ground them onto the car's frame or to another ground wire. I'm not sure if the 2 wires you wired together are both from the lens assembly or 1 ground wire from the bumper light and the other ground wire from the car's electrical system.

yes, its a 94 integra. but yeah i wired them together by the color of the wire. and thats how you do it right? but if you follow the wires from the passenger lights, it goes to a little box right behind the abs. and thats where the 2 wires(Black with white dash stripes) came from that i thought were ground wires. but im not sure if they are really ground wires, i just kinda assumed they were cause their both black identical wires.

bump

plz help.

If it's just the passenger bumper light that's not working right, follow the driver's side bumper light and see how those wires are wired. I'd say to undo your current wiring setup and see if the guage cluster blinking problem goes away. Then at least you know it was your wiring that caused the issue. Then look at the driver's side bumper light and use that rewire the passenger's side.

the bumper lights work, its just that when i put the headlights on, it doesnt work, and when their off, i will put one side of the blinker on and as it blinks, the guage lights blinks with it also.

The bumper lights aren't working correctly because your wiring is off. Take a look at how each wire on the driver's side is wired and redo your wiring job on the passenger's side to work. The problem is with how you wired it, like I said before.

Agreed, you need to recheck your wiring. I have seen this happen when wires are not grounded properly.
