Default eyebrow tinting

I have an appt. to tint my windows on Friday. I was wondering because I forgot to ask the guy when I made the appt., if eyebrow tinting is common. Is it a regular thing to do, or is it bad, or alright, or what? I know I see a lot of cars with it done, but they have advertisements for their car on it, can you get it done with just regular tint?

No, I am probably the stupid one. Isn't that what you call it when you tint just the top part of the windshield?

I don't know...partially for looks, and partially to keep the sun out. It would serve the same purpose as the blue strip across the top of windshields that some cars have. While almost unnoticable, it helps just a little on a few occasions.

IMO...if your going to tint the windshield why not do the whole thing? Im not saying limo in the front....but just a light shade. I tinted mine and I think it looks great. Just my 2 cents.

it's illegal to tint the windshield @ all in TX, with the exception of about 3 inches or so @ the top...
