Default heat wont turn off

hey whast upp everyonee, well a coupel days aggo i was out with my friends and it was kind of cold so we turn the heat on in my car a little later when i try to turn it off i noticed that it was still blowing hot air a little bit, liek its stuck on the lowest setting all the time, its kind of a pain in the a$$, so im wondering if you guys have any suggestions to whast goign on here? o i own a 90 integra ls non vtec...

alot of people have this problem.. i dont know if it is the same with u..
did u move the heat to cold?? most people dont seem to notice this...
but your case might be different

i dunno but when you have the slider moved to heat and have it on for a while and then turn it off.....you'll still feel the heated air (not as hot) flow through the vents as you drive, not sure if the 1990 tegs have the (circulation) button but if you do press that and it'll close the vents or/and move the slider back to the cold position too, that'll help

mine does that too its very little but all i do is hit the defrost button that way it doesnt blow right at me its up my the windshield

Yeah it's because you don't have it on circulate. like said before i don't know if the older tegs have that button. Sometimes when i just want alittle bit of air i take it off circulate. Just move it to whatever temp. you want it to blow if you don't have the circulate button.

i seee, ive never heard of this circulation button though... wher would it bee, ive never seen anything liek that on my car before...

it is the one that say "ricir" even then it would still put out heat..
just move your temp control to cold. instead of hot.. if that is the problem

yeah the fan is off but i think is just air that is pushed through the heater core by wind. never thought about recirc. though, makes sense that that would kill it.
