I have a zex dry kit 55-shot installed on my 95 integra gsr. Everything worked perfect. After one time at the track i decided a window switch was needed. I purchased the MSD digital window switch and hooked everything up correctly, but when the zex box is armed the engine wants to bog and almost stall out... i cant seem to figure it out please help

 

Are you getting a steady fuel delivery? Sometime on older cars like your 95, depending on the condition, can have things F@@@ up when 1st adding nitrous. Your bogging could be totally unrelated to the msd switch. That is a simple install and does not really pose any issues. You may have compromised something in your fuel system when you hooked up thes NOS. Not sure what, but you may want to un-install everything and start from scratch.

 

the zex works fine without the window switch being hooked up though it only does it when the Output wire from the msd box is hooked to the ground on the zex unit

 

Make absolutely sure everything is wired properly. I think it's bogging because you're getting the extra fuel pressure, but no nitrous.

 

it will also do this if you system is armed and not spraying nitrous. try turnin ghte system off while not using the nitrous. or you can wire in a switch to arm it if necessary

 

That's what I just said, it's not spraying.
