Get some nice shocks.

 

Sell the headers, and the CAI, and drop a turbo down in that biznitch! If that isnt an option, then some porting and polishing, and some high compression pistions will do you good also.

also it might help to tell you its a 2001 GSR v-tec

the turbs is always on my mind bro the v-tec is a slight problem, but i think i could just keep the boost down maybe 8lb.

are you looking for speed or looks? If speed, get a supercharger or nos. If looks, get an HID kit and or a body kit.

Contrary to popular belief, vtec = good for turbo.

Boost a LS and GSR 8 psi and see who makes more power. Push it up to 10, 12 psi and the GSR will still have the edge. You can boost higher with a B18B motor, but that doesn't mean more power.

As for your next mods, get some good shocks (koni yellows come to mind), and a hi-flo cat (carsound)
