Default bouncing tach and rough running after dropping in new engine. please help!

I recently had to drop a JDM B18B in my '94 integra. New engine only has between 35-40k mi. on it. it runs rough and the tach bounces. i've transplanted the USDM fuel rail, injectors, and distributor and i've taken it to a shop and had a relay replaced and they said it was fixed, but here i am 2 days later and it runs like crap and when i put the pedal down it chokes. someone please help.

sounds like your timing is off... bring it back to the shop... say "fuck you... its not fixed..."

you shouldn't be paying for anymore work considering the problem is now reoccuring

haha figured it out. was just a ground cable that wasn't tightened down and it was arching my spark timing considerably.
