Hey I drove to school today and everything was fine... started the car up at school and the maint req. light came on... got home checked the oil was a bit low so put some more in, and the water to hold water for the radiator was broke but still had water in it... i can tell a huge difference when i drive cuz im up to 4000 rpms at 20mph before i shift into 2nd when before it was down around 3000... ideas please on what might be going wrong

if it's a GS-R you should be dead nuts at 4k@20mph in first, seeing as it hits 40 at 8k

 

could be sign that you need to replace your clutch ( if you have a manual)
