And it is Vortech, BTW.

The Vortech supercharger, like most centrifugal superchargers, won't help your low-end torque much if at all. Paired with an aggressive VTEC intake cam on a motor with a very high redline and short gearing, a centrifugal supercharger can do plenty. Consider the Comptech S/Cd S2000.

But on the Integra, better solutions exist.

If you decide to go with a supercharger, the ProCharger is far better kit than the Vortech. It's a self contained unit (no oil lines to plumb), it has an actual FMIC, not the lousy air to water "cooler" that the Vortech kit has.

2000 Honda Civic Si

ProCharger:
C-1A

Intercooler:
2 Core

Naturally Aspirated RWHP:
132.2

ProCharged RWHP:
245.6 (FWHP)

Boost Level:
9 psi

Vehicle Specs:
91 octane, 1.6L VTEC, Wings West body kit, Konig 17 inch wheels, StickerDude Designs decals, Power Slot rotors, BF Goodrich Drag Radials, ACT clutch, Hawk brake pads

Some pics are on a Civic (basically the same kit).

For the money if you can afford it. This is the way to go for a supercharger. $$$ as fuck though.
