On my wifes 91 integra ls 2 door the brakes make the car pull both right and left at random, so I replaced all the brakes today. The rears will stop if you jack up the car and spin the wheel by hand then hit the pedal, but when the pedal is being held down the wheel can still be turned by hand with some resistance. Is this because the pads arent broke in yet (only about 5 miles on them) or is this normal brake balance for a small car with disk brakes? And also the pulling is still there.
Please help.
