My 96 rs has 140k miles on it very very strong engine, will I run into major problems if I boost it or should I be ok? Ive been told the b18 block is a realy strong engine and should be able to take it.....Im only lookiing to be running about 7psi of boost....

do a compression test. takes 20mins, easy as balls to do, and it will save your $$$$$$$ and time in the long run

If the engine is in poor condition yes. But if run properly, on a well maintained engine, no, I wouldn't say its bad for an engine. Unless you do rediculous things like run a lot of boost on stock internals.

its not a bad setup, for how much you plan to run, but i would highly consider doing the internals down the road....
