i had the same problem....today...and yeah it was raining...it was really weird...ignition lights wuuld come on...and it just wount start...did it few times and it started working....
noticed that the main req. lighted blinked 10 times...
it does it all the time now....wonder what that means.!!!!

 

next time it happens check for fuel and spark real quick.. pgmfi relays are known to be shitty, coil and ignitor also known to go shitty.
