Ok i have a 91 Integra and everytime i fill it up it wont start the fuel pump wont prime. I have to wait about 5-10 min, then it will start. I gave the car a full tune up with OEM acura parts, plugs, wires, cap rotor, fuel filter etc.. I also put in some fuel injector clean and that didnt seem to do anything. Any ideas on what it might be? Its only when i Fill it up other than that the car runs Mint.
