Default First Integra on my hands!!!

Ok people, maybe you've seen me here before, Lord knows I haven't logged in on a long while, but I used to have a '93 Honda Civic which sadly got totaled on a car wreck (not my fault...) 2 weeks ago...

Well, after the insurance settlement ($3k through Progressive) I managed to land a sweet '93 Integra Hatchback (go see here: http://web.mac.com/etionee/iWeb/Etio...435E677DE.html ) which I want to modify some...now if I could get some advice as to what are some of the 'easier' aftermarket mods you can do on a '93 Integra, I would really appreciate it.

I know the car is full of potential and I really want to take it to the 'next level'...as much as my current job (and budget) would allow, HAHA!

Hit me up at etionee@mac.com with your suggestions...
E.

3 questions:
* How much money do you have to play with?
* How fast do you want to go?
* How reliable do you need the car to be?

also do you want to go more towards good handling or just straight line get-up-and-go?

welcome to han...i have a 90 ls and there is a lot of things as far as mods go from body, suspension, engine, tuning, interior, just about every place i could find on the web has parts for g2 integras and it all depends on what you want to do, mine has your basic bolt ons header, fullcatback, full cai, lowering springs for more agressive feel and look, upgraded gears, upgraded pulleys and b16 swap so she is pushing well around or more then 200hp it has unlimited potental

that is one CLEEEAAAAAANNNNNNN DA. congrats on the purchase, you are going to love it! what's cool is that because your car is a 92+, it's obd1 instead of obd0, which means you have much more compatibility options as far as easy motor swaps. i would say the first place to start is making sure that it's up to date on maintenance. that will make a bigger performance improvement than "upgrades" anyway.
make sure
valves adjusted
fresh fluids (motor oil, tranny fluid, etc)
new gaskets (valve cover gasket, tube seals, cam plug seal, grommetts)
new air filter (k&n or a short-ram intake is a good idea)
new plugs, plug wires, cap/rotor

that's the stuff to spend money on first. once your car runs really happy, than you can start putting upgrades on it with your next round of spare cash.
