What you're looking at is an individual throttle body conversion, intended for use on a naturally-aspirated, high-compression motor. Also, there is no mention of the size of the new injectors; it is highly likely that you'd need to budget additional funds for an aftermarket fuel management solution.

It's overkill for a stock or mild GSR motor; the short-runner Integra Type R manifold is more reasonably priced and much less likely to cause a ruckus when it comes to emissions inspections.

(Speaking of which, where are you located?)

im in west virginia, towards va and dc, dont really have to worry about emission inspections around here, all they check for is that all your lights work and you have a horn, thanks

Those ITB setups are very nice on N/A engines, but don't sell them short on boosted engines as well. While a PITA to fab up, you can make a manifold that has runners that seal around the TB openings and all that. It's actually a very nice and very sophisticated setup. But definitely not for the street car.

they are a waste of money for you.

only a select few would prosper from having ITB's, and they only look for them after they are finished with about everything else they can do.

There are individual and panel filters designed for use with an ITB setup, so with the correct fuel management, they're certainly capable of being used on a street car.

It's just that if you tried to smog an ITB'd Integra in CA, you'd be sent packing the minute the smog tech opened the hood. h:
