I bought a vtec head for pretty cheap but it is missing some parts and i was wondering what, since Ive never taken apart a vtec.
Mostly Im just worried about the valve train right now. I have valves, cams and springs, but no rockers and what else is there? Also a good online store to buy it at?

Lost motion assemblies? Oil control orifices? Rocker shafts?

I think any place you would find those new would be quite expensive. Check around honda-tech to see if there is someone parting out a head.

 

you may want to just find a salvage yard near you and open up a vtec and take out everything you see. I was considering upgrading my LMA's for my cams but decided against it do to price.
