okay i just put in a alternetor form another running integra and the car has been running fine then today i took her out for a ride and she died about 1mile down the road no battery light or anything so i was like its not the alternator and it must be hte battery well i got a jump and then drove about 10ft and it died again. so then i started and took off hte lead to the battery to see if it would still run and hte car just dies out and i cant remeber but im pretty sure the car should still run if hte car is started and has no battery because it should get its power from the alternator so if someone could please healp me that would be great

would have my ignition advanced cause any problems

get a new battery and see what happens

 

well this is what i just did i took a multimeter and hooked it up to the terminlas and got a reading of 12.2v with the car off then started the car and got a signale of 11.9v and everytime i turned something (Lights, RAdio) the voltage on the battery would go down i think it is my alternator but for some reason the battery light dosent show at all and when it was alternator problems last time my battery light was on. so im not quite sure is there really anything else that could be wrong

 

i still think it's the battery
try charging the battery or get a new one
