Default Rough Shifting

Recently I've notice shifting to be a little "notchier" like it kind of catches right before engaging in gear and I let the clutch out. I know the clutch is in all the way. It happens both when down and up shifting. I do have a STS installed and polyeurethane shifter bushings. I replaced clutch fluid 2,000 miles ago, and tranny fluid around 1,500 miles ago. Anyone have suggestions?
Stock LS with 80,000 miles.
Thanks

Check the fluid level in the clutch master cylinder.

Yeah go ahead and check the fluid in your master cylinder and bleed it again.

But I think that your transmission fluid could be causing these shifting problems also. All though mobil 1 synth is some good stuff I highly recomend Honda MTF. You can get it from your dealer. Your transmission and more importantly your synchros need an oil of just the rite viscosity to function properly and the synthetic mtf could be throughing off your synchros just a little bit, and be causing your shifts to mabye feel "notchier".
