Default i need some help!!!

Ok here goes.
My friend is looking at a '95 integra ls. It is an auto with 159k miles. He could get it for around $3500. The thing is, he has about $8000 to spend on it,wants a manual, and it to go fast(of course). What could he do do this with that much money. Labor would play a factor in price on complicated stuff. Thanks.

he could buy a manual with that much money...

its not worth putting all that money into a manual conversion when he can just get a manual in the first place and put the rest of the money into go fast stuff.

its not worth it.... you'd have to spend close to $2k for a new engine and tranny, then the tranny mounts have to be cut and resoldered, since the auto is about 1" higher then the manual, on top of all of this you'll have to worry how the car is..... other things will break as well....
