Default Question about buyin a Integra

hey i am lookin to buy a integra i am not sure exactly what year it is but i know is not a 1990 or younger. it is the one with the pop up lights and it is stick shift. i would like to know how much i should pay for it because it has some rust spots on it and i looks like it has not been driven for at least 2 years or more.

I think it was a LS

And with rust and non-use being an issue, I'd knock it down to $2000 max.

Assuming the body and the interior is in good nick (meaning zero rust and no major dents or peeling) and the motor has good compression, $300 is almost too cheap.

Keep in mind, a lot of cars were flooded in the wake of Hurricane Katrina and Rita last year. I smell something fishy..
