nitrous question......i searched
ZEX's website recommends going with colder plugs and retarding the timing, even with a 55shot.
Just to let you know. I don't really think it's necessary; but that's planned for my car too and I'll be doing the plugs/wires/timing.

Actually the tuning sheet that comes with the nitrous kits has stages of retard from stock timing according to shot size. 0 for 55, 2 for 65, 4 for 75. However in my experiences their timing retards are on the safe side, I know many people running a 75 shot with stock timing. Colder plugs should always be used with any type of forced induction and high compression all motor.

WOT = Wide Open Throttle.
Window Switch = It tells the nitrous to only spray between a certain "window" of operation.
I.E "Only operate between 3000rpm and 6000rpm" or wherever you want to make that "window" start and end.
HE suggested a few hundred RPM below your rev limiter so that when your rev limiter hits and cuts off fuel, you dont blow your motor apart (as you could if you were using nitrous at that moment, because the gasoline helps cool the cylinder and without the gasoline you run insanely lean and melt ****)
So yeah, there you go.

It'll be a little sluggish. You can get say an MSD digital 6 plus ignition, that when supplied with a 12v power source, IE a nitrous arming switch, it automatically retards timing for you. So when you aren't on the bottle, you can have stock or advanced timing....flip the switch, and it's retarded for nitrous.
