Just throwing a susp. idea out for commentary
On my 98 'teg, I was figurin' I was gunna do me some heavy duty suspension swappin'. Right now, it's stock. I've been checking around the forums and at carreview.com and the Koni yellows seem to be the shizat. And, I've heard that Eibach's pro-kit springs work well with the yellows. I'm going for better handling, but not so much the pimpin-ghetto-superfly look (if ya know what I'm getting at). FYI: Auto-X may be in my future, hard street driving is in my present. If ya don't mind as well, hook me up with some sites where the prices aren't an arm and a leg.
I had Eibach Sportlines on my ride and hated them, cause the rear appeared to be lower than the front (although they werent, the rear wheel well is just more shallow than the front).
I've heard some sagging issues with ProKit's too, although I kind of doubt them because I've always seen Eibach's on tons of other kits and they work fine.
I opted to go with a Ground Control Coilover Setup with Koni Yellows (oddly enough, the coil overs use eibach springs too).
Right now the ride is comfy, not bumpy and not too stiff.. and with it being properly corner balanced I could autox nicely.

AutoX'ing...that entails good spring rates. Eibachs around around 331f / 275r (don't quote me)...find something with better spring rates. Get an ITR rear sway bar and you can just kick the ass around thru turns.
How are the streets where you live? H&R makes some nice stuff, the OEM sports are progressive give you about 0.75-1.0 inch drop, get the KYB AGX's and you can adjust your shocks. Before slammin' too low, drive or at least ride in a car set to the height you like. Leave a note on the windshield or chat up the driver if you are willing. If the streets are not toooo hot, like in Sacto, real low could equal trouble. muy brother cracked a mount on the rear axle of his 4runner right around the corner
Well, I live in a suburban area south of Raleigh, NC. So the roads really aren't that bad. We have potholes like everyone else, but the suburbian couples complain to the city and they get fixed right quick .
i'm curious to know how the skunk2 coilovers work.
