Default gsr going crazy

ok so I have a 2000 gsr with 69000 miles on it. I am currently using 10w40 full synthetic in it in order to try to deal with my oil burning problem. I have to add about 3 quarts between every oil change. I have never seen it leaking ever. Ran a compression test all cylinders averaged 220...did a leak down test that came out perfect. Spark plugs are white as can be. Did a five gas test and my hydrocarbons (unburned fuel) are at around 6000 which is way too fucking high. Replaced the pcv valve also. Didn't fix my oil problem. Now what doesn't make sense is how the hell are my hydrocarbons so high yet my spark plugs say my car is running lean. This problem is driving me crazy...no smoke at start up either..please help me!!!! I have already searched so much.

For a start, stop using synthetic oil. One of my friends had the same oil loss problem with his gsr coupe with 60K miles. Once he switched back to dino oil, he stopped having to dump in a quart every week.

10w30 blend solved my problem... but i didn't like how it felt... so i went back to 5w20 synthetic and just spend a little more refilling the oil... then again... im boosted

I thought it was discouraged to return to regular oil after switching to synthetic

not regular... blend... it has characteristics of synthetic but still retains the thickness of the standard motor oil. Works well for my problem... i wasn't burning as much oil... i just hated how it felt, and i wasn't burning that much less... so i figured it wasn't worth it

Keep running synthetic. That is not your problem.
