Default What do you think?

Okay. I am new to the Honda/Acura cars, but here is my plan.

I am buying a 1995 Acura Integra GSR with 141k miles. I then am going to rebuild the engine to factory specifications except for skunk2 valve springs and retainers, have golden eagle resleeve the block, and then instll a drag turbo kit and run about 8-9psi. Would this setup work okay? Would it be reliable? Should I consider any other changes? This is the most boost I plan to run. I am really just looking for a fun reliable street car.

For Fuel Management, I was told to use like a Uberdata with a Apexi V-AFC II. What would work best while still being inexpensive (i.e. not AEM EMS)
