Default 95 gsr burning oil heLp!!!!

i have a 95 gsr wit 155k on it...
i rebuilt tha motor twice..new piston new rings new bearings tha whole work..on the head it was machined and new stem seals were added. i know what im doin so dont ask if i changed tha head gasket or something stupid..heres the symptoms.it burns oil only at high rpms when i floor tha car on wen theres excessive load on the engine...i go throught about `1 qt every 700 to 1k miles....the oil comes out my exhaust and makes my red bumper black...i know this is a very common problem which i havent been able to figure out for about 3 yrs...i have done all tests from compression to leakage and everything is withing spec. can any one help me? im thinking it might be the valve seals ot the ex. valve it self...also wen i pull the head off there was excessive oil build up behind the valves..can someone help me?

If it is burning oil at a high RPM, there is something wrong with the rings. Since you did the compression and leakdown test and nothing was wrong, I would at least eliminate the chances of it being the valve stem seals. If that doesn't solve it, prepare to pull that motor apart and see where the problem lies.

the rec. is to break it in for a thousand miles i drove it under v tec for 3000..so yes i broke the engine in...also wen i took my motor apart there was no indication on the cyl walls or the pistion it self to show burning of oil..but there was excessive oil build up on the back of the ex valves...also wen i pulled my pistons out i noticed oil build up just above the `1st compression ring and only on the ex. side
